Michael acted as our agent in selling of our condominium in Toronto.

Being relocated, split between two continents (Australia and Brasil), at the time of the financial crisis, and having only minimal contact with Michael through a brief interview before our departure, we couldn't have been more fortunate.

Michael understood our objectives well, and was always prepared with suggestions to keep the property fresh in a difficult selling environment.

He proved to be an excellent communicator. reading this situation accurately and responding appropriately to a range of different potential buyers. He always kept us informed of progress in an effective but unobtrusive way. Michael educated me, was patient with my anxiety, was responsive (he always responded to calls or e-mails within 2 hours). He has a great sense of humor.

We sold our home long distance.He took on co-ordinating furnace replacement, painting, and garbage removal.

The sale went without a hitch and his marketing strategy got us over 30k above asking. We are very happy!
